Dear customer,
Our hosting service provider is currently experiencing a large-scale
Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack affecting parts of their
network infrastructure.
As a result, some customers may experience intermittent connectivity,
slower loading times, tracking delays, or occasional timeouts while
mitigation work continues.
Their technical teams are actively working with upstream network and
DDoS mitigation partners to minimise the impact and restore full stability
as quickly as possible.
What is a DDoS attack?
A DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack occurs when a very large
number of devices or systems flood a server or network with excessive
traffic, causing websites and online services to become slow or temporarily
unavailable.
At this stage there is no indication of a data breach or security compromise.
