Proof of Delivery

If you want proof that your package was delivered, please follow the procedure below:

  • Send an email to with your ACCOUNT NUMBER in the subject line. Please make sure that you insert a hyphen should your account number contain one.
  • Enter your WAYBILL NUMBER in the BODY of the email. If you request more than one POD at a time, enter the waybill numbers with a semi-colon (;) separating them with no spaces inbetween, i.e. 48558;69588
  • Once sent, it should take about 15-20 before you receive an email from
  • If you have entered the information correctly, you will receive an email that contains a zip attachment which contains your requested POD.
  • If you entered any information incorrectly, you will receive an email with an error message. Please contact us for assistance if this occurs.

Please note:
POD's for local deliveries will be available within 24 hours after delivery. POD’s for national deliveries may take up to 7 working days depending on the service selected. If you have a very urgent request for a POD, contact us for a verbal POD.
