Refund Policy


Customers have 30 days to request refunds.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the service received My Courier SA will endeavour to credit the value of the shipping cost entirely. Service failures due to acts of god, strike or protest action, accidents and various other reasons will not constitute a service failure and My Courier SA is not obligated to refund the customer.

Should your refund be approved it may take up to 7 days to action the refund.
